Sales Customer Service Associate

Compensation:  Based on Experience

Description:

We are seeking an Ecommerce/On-line Sales Customer Service Associate to take ownership and grow our on-line profile.  Enhance
the customer experience on current sites and develop new sites, as well as
Facebook, Instagram, and our Jodhpuri Home Site. 

This position requires creating copy, taking photos, posting new products, updating
inventory, and creating sales and order reporting on a weekly, monthly, and
yearly basis.

Process/ship/invoice daily orders.  Ensure daily orders are
shipped.  Answer customer inquiries with 24 to 48 hours.

Take on additional responsibilities as directed.

Education/Experience

Minimum 2 years of On-line sales experience

Excellent verbal and written skills

Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment.

Outstanding Customer Service.

Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.

Experience with Amazon Central Seller, Wayfair, Faire, Zuilly, Shopify a plus.

Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus.
