Title: Senior Director of Re-Entry Services

Program: Cluster of Scatter Site Housing Programs

Salary: $123,000 to $128,000

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential duties of the Senior Director of Programs include but are not limited to the following activities:

  • Work with Chief Housing and Shelter Officer (CHSO), program directors and staff to develop and implement the strategic plan
  • Support and direct the activities of assigned program leadership to ensure that day-to-day programs, services, and operations are effectively implemented and executed in support of Project Renewal’s mission, vision, and values
  • Provide ongoing feedback to staff so they can continuously improve their supervision, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Support staff in budget planning, management, and spend down activities, where applicable
  • Directly supervise Program Directors and Program Leadership of assigned program sites and monitor program goals, which include maintaining the occupancy rate and rent collection rate
  • Provide on-call support, when necessary, to program leadership team
  • Serve as a member of the Admissions/Intake Multi-Disciplinary Team
  • Directly oversee intensive Case Management Program and ensure program is meeting requirements
  • Maintain relationships with Parole, CUCS (primary referral source), and funders, including DOHMH and OMH
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and trainings, as assigned

Education:

  • Undergraduate degree required, with an advanced degree/certification preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity
  • Experience with homelessness organization and/or other related agencies, highly desirable

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with individuals with mental illness and individuals with prior criminal justice involvement
  • Experience working closely with funders, including but not limited to, DOHMH and OMH

Salary or Hourly Rate

Salary range: $123,000 to $128,000
