Reporting into the AGM & GM, the Shift Leader will help support the day-to-day operation of the restaurant. As a Shift Lead you will be a role model of the store operational standards and the store experience. As a positive and enthusiastic leader you will have the responsibility over the new hire onboarding experience ensuring a superior training through the various workstations, ensuring a successful transition into the restaurant’s Vegan family.
● 1-2 years of leadership experience in a fast casual
restaurant concept.
● Must Have Food Handler’s Certificate
● Conduct pre-shift huddles to ensure crew members are
prepared for service.
● Shift Leads must be available to work rotating weekend
shifts, nights, day , peak business hours, and public holidays
● Provides hands-on training with Crew Members providing
regular updates to ensure best practices are implemented. Ensuring all staff
follow appropriate processes and standard operating procedures, including
● Act as opening, mid shift, or closing leader alongside
AGM.
● Oversee and work at the various workstations behind the
line during peak and non-peak hours.
