firms, VC funds, fin. inst. in conn. w/ transact. incl. acq., investments,
strat. mgrs., IPOs, other sec. offerings; represent companies in conn. w/
transact. incl. transfers & licensing of technology & IP, manufacturing,
supply & distribution arrangements, transitional & long-term service
provision agr’s, tech. development, research & collab. agr’s. Provide
advice & guidance to clients considering or particip. in these transact.;
negotiate key business & lgl terms w/ counterparties; negotiate &
prepare primary transact. docs. $260,000 per year. Req’mts: JD or foreign
equiv. or LLM or foreign equiv., NY Bar, 2 yrs of exp. in position or 2 yrs. of
